Flame spray

The services UCT can provide include wire flame spray, powder flame spray, and spray & fuse. UCT’s inhouse semi-automated and fully automated flame spray systems ( i.e. UF300 and UC1000F) will be able to satisfy the customers’ requirements for the quality and repeatability of coatings and its automation building capability will realize the mass production operation when spraying parts in large quantities.

Various fusing methods, whether manually or automatically, or whether by high energy flame or hi frequency, can be offered by UCT whose services will meet or even exceed the customers’ satisfaction.
