Grinding, Lapping and Polishing Equipment

Grinding, lapping and polishing are very important for some parts after thermal spray processing. UCT has accumulated a great deal of experience in grinding, lapping and polishing the as-sprayed parts, and markets the corresponding solutions and related systems.

Currently, the solutions and systems mainly focus on roll parts and ball valves. For roll parts or shaft parts, UCT can provide tailor-made grinder or lathe attached with a tape machine, by means of which a roughness of 0.32um can be reached. While for the ball valves, our machine can treat those with diameters from 30mm to 2400mm, and a roughness of up to Ra 0.4um can be reached.
