The synchronous ring is a core component of automobile transmissions. To ensure proper lubrication between gear rings during shifting and to provide long-term wear resistance, the international mainstream solution currently employs flame spraying of molybdenum wire. Given the large volume of synchronous rings produced, specialized automated flame molybdenum wire spraying equipment is required to meet the annual production demand of hundreds of thousands of sets.
