Grinding, Lapping and Polishing Equipment

Grinding, lapping and polishing are very important for some parts after thermal spray processing. UCT has accumulated a great deal of experience on grinding, lapping and polishing the as-sprayed parts and markets the solutions and related systems.

Currently, the solutions and systems mainly focus on roll parts and ball valves.  For roll parts or shaft parts, UCT can provide tailored made grinder or lathe attached with a tape machine. Roughness can reach to Ra 0.32um. For ball valves, our machine can treat from dia 30mm to 2400mm, for roughness up to Ra 0.4um.
